1. Order Verification

2. Returns & Refunds

- All sales are considered final once the order has been shipped.
- Refunds or order cancellations are only provided under the following circumstances:

3. Missing Items

Verified missing item claims will be replaced at no additional cost. Claims submitted after the 7-day window may not be eligible for replacement.
4. Damaged Items
In the event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To process a claim, provide:
- Clear photographs showing the damage to the item(s) and packaging
- Order number and relevant shipment details
Once verified, damaged items will be replaced at no cost, including reshipping. Claims reported after 7 days from delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

- Packages returned as refused, undeliverable, or unclaimed are not eligible for refund or replacement.
